An apartment hotel complex in Hanoi such as Somerset West Point, Lotte Center, Fraser Suites, Deawoo Hotel, etc… usually offers a complete fully fitted apartment with most things the average home would require. Houses in Hanoi generally have more space to apt, comprised of from 4 to six bedrooms with a terrace, rooftop, it has a small land area with 3 to 5 floors. It will be cheaper for the house if your family needs more space, more bedrooms and save your money for your living. There are both furnished and part furnished houses, it could be negotiated with the landlord to buy furniture if you are long-term stay.
